Based in Kuala Lumpur, Ng will be responsible for maximising revenue and leading revenue optimisation initiatives. She has more than 21 years of experience and was previously the manager of revenue management at Hotel Nikko Kuala Lumpur.

Nalina Suresh

Suresh specialises in searches in the industrial and consumer sectors. She is also helping to establish the chief of human resources practice in Asia. Before DHR, Suresh was the head of the New Delhi office of a large European executive search firm. She has 17 years of experience in the corporate sector.

Wolfgang Krueger

Krueger oversees the overall operations of Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong and has supervisory responsibility over group hotels in Taipei, Tainan and Tokyo. He has more than 20 years of experience. Krueger was previously general manager of Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo. He has also worked in Dusseldorf, Hawaii, Istanbul, London and Singapore.

Robert Caldwell

Caldwell is a partner in the Hong Kong and Greater China finance and projects team. Joining DLA Piper from King & Wood in Hong Kong, he has practised law for more than 24 years in Australia, London and Hong Kong. Caldwell's experience includes advising on offshore and onshore fund establishment and investments on the mainland.

Macho will create and maintain the marketing, communication and business development strategies at BUZ. She has more than 25 years of international experience in the architectural design profession.

Peter Yan King-shun

Kaul was most recently head of retail branch banking in India responsible for commercial banking and wealth advisory businesses. He joined the company as a management associate in 1995, and has held various roles in operations, product management, insurance distribution, mortgages and commercial banking.

Rosensweig joined the firm in 2001 and lives in Hong Kong where he has responsibility for Asia-Pacific investor services clients. He is a director of subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Japan and also oversees the Beijing representative office. Before joining the firm, Rosensweig was a senior manager at KPMG Consulting.

Edouard Hoepffner

Based in Singapore, Hoepffner's experience covers funds, alternatives and derivatives product areas, having started his career at Societe Generale Asset Management. He has also worked in the global markets businesses of Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch and Daiwa Capital Markets.

Elaine Ngim

An Asian fixed-income specialist with more than 15 years of experience in the Asian markets, Ngim joins from Clariden Leu in Singapore. She has also worked at JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch in both Hong Kong and Singapore. Ngim will be based in Singapore.

Kieran Calder

A qualified Chartered Financial Analyst, Calder has more than 17 years of experience, most recently as the head of equities and research for Macquarie Capital Securities in Kuala Lumpur. He will be based in Singapore.
