Those who attended the workshop learned about copyright protection, new software technology and basic camera techniques for video production.

Ryan Ng, a solicitor in the Intellectual Property Department, explained basic copyright issues for people who produce video clips. Ryan Chan, product marketing manager of Microsoft Hong Kong, introduced software to improve presentations.

Ho Wai, president of the Hong Kong Film Critics Association, and film director Chris Ng Ho-yin offered a beginner's guide to shooting videos.
