Expansion plans
The government is to sell two plots of land in Pak Shek Kok, each with an area of 1.5 hectares. Together, they will provide a building area of more than 1 million sq ft, or 1,000 units of 1,000 sq ft each. The government will also put a 3.8-hectare plot up for sale in Pak Shek, in front of the Lok Wo Sha development project.
Naturalists' delight
The Tolo Harbour area is a beautiful nature reserve, and home to some interesting species of birds, fish and plants. The scenic Plover Cove Reservoir is located near Tolo Harbour at the opening of the Tolo Channel. Lake Egret is also a local attraction.
