2014 HKHAHC Invitational Amateur Ice Hockey Tournament Opens
The first day of the annual BOCI-Prudential Asset Management 2014 HKAHC Invitational Amateur Ice Hockey Tournament took place today at Mega Ice, Kowloon Bay.
7 of the 9 teams played in the 4 games scheduled for this evening and as predicted before the tournament, Vancouver Bulls stole the show with their outstanding moves in their game against the HKAHC Giants.
The Malaysia Snipers made their debut appearance in this year’s tournament in their game against the returning Macau ISF team.
The Opening Ceremony will be held on September 13 at 2:30pm at Mega Ice with Hon Ma Fung Kwok, SBS, JP, member of the Legislative Council of the HKSAR (Sports, Performing Arts, Culture and Publication), Mr. Dick Lee, Head of Retirement and Investment Fund Services, BOCI-Prudential Asset Management and Mr. Thomas Wu, Chairman of the Hong Kong Amateur Hockey Club.
