Henry Kwok
Dr Henry Kwok, a former schoolteacher in Hong Kong and the former senior lecturer in the School of Education and Languages at the Open University of Hong Kong, is a research fellow at Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia. He is currently working on a research project funded by the Australian Research Council, titled "Reducing Educational Disadvantage: Teaching Professionalism via Knowledge Collaboratories". He is also a member of the International Teacher Education Research Collective. Dr Kwok reviews articles for the Asia-Pacific Journal of Teacher Education, Discourse: Studies in the Cultural Politics of Education, and Asia Pacific Journal of Education.

There will still be a place for traditional educational methods, but universities must also embrace technology. Educators should impart knowledge that is challenging enough for students to see it is worth the effort to produce a good essay on their own.
