New | China’s No 1 wind-turbine maker Goldwind to issue US$300 million offshore bonds

Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co, China’s biggest wind-turbine maker, announced on Friday it will issue US$300 million credit enhanced bonds to refinance existing debts and replenish working capital of its subsidiaries.

The offering price of the 2.5 per cent five-year bonds will be 99.562 per cent of the principal amount.

Bank of China, Deutsche Bank and Societe Generale are the joint global coordinators, book runners and lead managers.
