Cyprus news buoys Hong Kong stocks 0.96pc in early trade

Hong Kong shares jumped 0.96 per cent in early trade on Monday as traders welcomed news that Cyprus and its international creditors had reached a deal that will qualify the island for a bailout. The benchmark Hang Seng Index rose 212.23 points to 22,327.53 in the first minutes of trade.
