The lives of the rich and famous have always made for great TV ratings, but in a year where the world’s youngest billionaire was revealed to be 24-year-old Chinese property heiress Perenna Kei, it seems that western audiences cannot get enough of the antics of the super rich Chinese.

Although Kei, who was crowned Forbes’ youngest billionaire in March, is press shy and has declined all media interviews, there are many privileged second-generation Chinese who are happy to seek the limelight.
