Hong Kong's Chinese nationality scheme is increasingly coming under criticism for its rigidity and perceived discrimination against certain ethnic or income groups. Should Hong Kong favor only the rich, famous and powerful foreign nationals while granting the coveted Chinese Hong Kong citizenship?
