"Broken Tooth" Wan Kuok-koi, a notorious former triad leader, is set to walk free from prison in Macau after serving almost 14 years behind bars for organised crime offences. Macau and mainland officials are said to fear that Wan could stage a return to the high-roller casino business, where he wreaked havoc in the 1990s.
