Many baked goods are high in trans-fat.

What's being said on facebook.com/southchinamorningpost

On calls for HK to to follow US and consider ban on trans-fats, and on outcry over reports mainland censors might restrict foreign TV shows.

Least they can do is put a more stringent labelling law in place. They do it for cigarettes, which can also kill.

You don't see a lot of fat Chinese people.

Actually, it's difficult to succeed for the reason that we cannot monitor it effectively and efficiently.

I'm getting tired of this knee-jerk banning of legal products. Has banning anything ever worked in the US? This is but another form of government control.

If a government can't handle fiction, and feels a need to censor it, then how strong is that government? Censorship is pathetic. It's a sign of weakness, and a lack of trust in its own citizens.

A sign of government weaklings!
