Anyone who's able to read english can vote and the poll represents the public will. I do care the government to use the money from taxpayers as the gift.

We trusted them to spend the donation wisely 5 years ago, but they betrayed our trust. So abosolutely no money for them this time. Why don't we donate food from our food banks to them?

Sorry, it is not donation to the victims. It is the donation to the officials of the victims.
