Enter the enchanted woods of one of William Shakespeare’s classic tales, backed by Felix Mendelssohn’s famously haunting score, and with choreography by The Royal Ballet mainstay Liam Scarlett. Performed by the Royal New Zealand Ballet, this production, its Asia premiere, attempts to dazzle the audience with spectacular music and dance while maintaining the core elements of the Bard’s beautiful tale of magic and love.
