A nap in a map

British buggy brand Maclaren has a reputation for producing quirky and limited-edition runs, and its range of city-inspired blankets are no exception. The Je T'Aime table lamp, designed by Frenchman Pierre Gonalons for Ascete, adds an off-kilter feature to urban living spaces. The Love Travel series is a collection of guidebooks for time-poor travellers who want to see the sights in comfort. Created by traveller and explorer Fiona Caulfield, the books are personal guides to Indian cities. They include a planning map for users, a place index and illustrations. The India series consists of Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and Rajasthan. They are made using paper from Jaipur and covered in local Indian fabrics. From its primary position as fisherman's harbour to pulsating hub of Kowloon, the buildings of Yau Ma Tei represent decades of urban development in Hong Kong.
