Man of the moment Riccardo Tisci's dark, sensual designs for Givenchy come straight from the heart, writes Jing Zhang.
Inspired by The GREAT campaign - the British government's Olympic drive to promote the nation abroad - Mulberry has created a Brilliant Britain guide to celebrate the country's unsung heroes.
Henrietta Thompson, editor of Brilliant Britain (brilliant britainguide.com) said: "What makes Britain great are the craftsman, the tiny businesses, and the rich history and culture. So we've put together lots of different sections, from education to fashion and food and wine, and we ask people to nominate their own selections."
Brilliant Britain launched in Asia on Tuesday, with an exhibition at Mulberry's Harbour City store in Tsim Sha Tsui, which runs until November 18. It includes jewellery by Jacqueline Cullen, handmade knitwear by Scottish design house Eribe, and Shauna Richardson's crocheted rabbit.
Mulberry also brought over Geoff Bratt, a leather craftsman for the brand, to demonstrate his handbag handiwork.
