Last year was a good one for singer Andy Hui Chi-on in both work and love.
Hui's relationship with singer-girlfriend Sammi Cheng Sau-man remained stable and he will be taking the stage at the Coliseum during the Lunar New Year with his Big Four bandmates Dicky Cheung Wai-kin, William So Wing-hong and Edmond Leung Hon-man.
Hui spent New Year's Eve at East Point City's countdown party in Tseung Kwan O, where he sang a few of his classic Canto-pop hits for the crowd.
He also shared his New Year wish, saying: "I hope I can have a balance in my career and personal life. Now I'm training in the gym every day to look my best for the upcoming concert. Hopefully we can have a world tour after a successful Hong Kong concert."
As for his personal life, Hui preferred to take things slowly. "I feel very happy and contented at the moment, so I don't want to rush into anything," he said.
