The New York-based designers have been close friends since their early days as classmates at Parsons School of Design. Marimekko – world of unikko
Finnish design company Marimekko, known for its bright patterns, is reissuing one of its signature prints, unikko – which means poppy in Finnish – for a line of lifestyle and fashion items. The bright floral pattern was designed by Maija Isola in 1964 and still feels fresh today. Available at Marimekko boutiques.
