The Clipper Lounge in the Mandarin Oriental is getting stylish this summer by collaborating with French footwear and accessories label Roger Vivier.

This past spring the label released its catalogue in a retro-futuristic comic book style. It features a modern-day heroine who saves the day with her stylish shoes and handbag.

And so the Super Vivier afternoon tea at the Clipper Lounge features some creative bites inspired by the comic book that were created by executive pastry chef Yves Matthey.

The afternoon tea is HK$278 per person, or HK$488 per couple, and is available from July 1 to August 31 from 2.30pm to 6pm Monday to Thursday, 2.30pm-5.30pm on Fridays, 2pm-3.45pm, then 4pm-5.30pm on Saturdays and public holidays, and 3.30pm-6pm on Sundays.

If Clipper Lounge is not your cup of tea, you can also sample the set in Café Causette.
