The Steak House Winebar + Grill at the InterContinental in Tsim Sha Tsui will have a dinner on Tuesday featuring the wines of Chateau Pichon-Longueville Baron, the second-growth wines from Pauillac. The four-course dinner includes roasted US filet mignon and braised beef cheek with poached short ribs and celeriac purée with Chateau Pichon-Longueville Baron 1998 in Jeroboam (three litres) and the 1999 in Nebuchadnezzar (15 litres).
