Tapping into more than three decades of European furniture and interior know-how, German brand Fink - The Art of Living brings a slice of overseas sophistication to Horizon Plaza.

For more than six years, the company has showcased collections of exclusive and original designs, valuable materials and superior craftsmanship across Hong Kong.

The brand set up in Horizon Plaza in 2010, choosing the location primarily because its spaciousness allows for a huge amount of stock to be displayed.

"Our shop is around 10,000 square feet," says Lydia Fong, assistant operations manager.

"The generous size was one of our biggest reasons to be there. It's also a suitable place for a mid- to high-end brand like us."

Fink's collections mainly deal with smaller, ornamental and interior items.

The Horizon Plaza showroom showcases the best of these, with everything from bowls, candleholders and vases to leather items and jewellery, all presented in a classic, design-led European style.

Its offerings are unique and chosen to best represent the individual's taste.

It is a collection designed to make the most of life and to agree with the brand's very concept - to enhance life through the "art of living".

Fink's ethos is built upon the idea that beautiful things that enrich the home also enrich life, and it is this mission that sets it apart.

"Fink's philosophy is very simple," Fong says. "Each creation is designed to enhance life, to embellish the home with beauty and make the art of giving more personal.

"Fink is an expression of an individual lifestyle for the self-confident person."
