The menu is Italian and Japanese but ask about the umami menu, best served in the private rooms, with dishes such as subtle grilled scallop and Kabayaki eel over sesame purée, and A5 Miyazaki wagyu served with intense truffle miso and almond butter soy glaze. Don’t miss the sushi platters and innovative sushi platter. Italian dishes include slow-cooked lobster with soft cauliflower and shaved caviar. There are creative cocktails and a good wine menu.
