Ming Court puts a modern twist on traditional Cantonese cuisine
Restaurant serves award-winning dishes and has a well-stocked wine cellar
With two distinctive dining areas – Ming Sun and Ming Moon – the décor is highlighted by traditional Ming dynasty pottery and ink landscape paintings.
The menu offers a modern twist on traditional Cantonese cuisine. Award-winning dishes include chicken with wild mushrooms, foie gras and basil done in a clay pot, cubed sautéed wagyu beef with foie gras, basil and cashew nuts and pomelo flesh with Shanxi aged vinegar, fried mushrooms, butternut pumpkin, bell peppers with basil and pine nuts. For dessert, we recommend the crystal extravagance osmanthus, wolfberry curd and chilled cheese tarts. The cellar has 430 wines with paring available.
