Cod with minced shrimp and fried spiced shrimp at Ming Court
The menu offers a modern twist on traditional Cantonese cuisine. Award-winning dishes include chicken with wild mushrooms, foie gras and basil done in a clay pot, cubed sautéed wagyu beef with foie gras, basil and cashew nuts and pomelo flesh with Shanxi aged vinegar, fried mushrooms, butternut pumpkin, bell peppers with basil and pine nuts. For dessert, we recommend the crystal extravagance osmanthus, wolfberry curd and chilled cheese tarts. The cellar has 430 wines with paring available.
