Chef de cuisine Alessandro Cozzolino presents a modern take on traditional Italian fare. The best way to experience what’s on offer is to select his Italian Itinerary tasting menu featuring seared scallop, guanciale, creamed greens, black olives, pine nut crumble and home-made potato gnocchi, Mediterranean seafood, Pecorino cheese, black pepper with a dessert of 80 per cent dark chocolate mousse, raspberries and blackberries. There is a wide selection of wines.
