Chinese fare at Sing Yin gets a contemporary makeover
Restaurant inside W Hotel is both chic and stylish and is ideal for business lunches or dinners
Designed by Steve Leung, Sing Yin’s interior is in keeping with W Hong Kong’s contemporary chic image, with dark marble floors and walls and dividers making small intimate booth areas.
Executive chef Johnny Chan serves up Cantonese fare with a contemporary twist, made from the best ingredients. A la carte and tasting menus are available.
Chef Chan’s signature dishes include roasted pork belly with crispy crust, sautéed king prawn with crab meat and sea urchin and pan-fried crab claw stuffed with minced shrimp. And for dessert, sweetened bean curd pudding with red bean and baked walnut puff. Special teas and wine pairing are also available.
