Chef de cuisine Guillaume Gallot puts a contemporary twist on traditional French fare producing such memorable dishes as smoked farm egg with mushroom and black truffle, aged comte cheese and pata negra toast, and Bresse chicken with roasted lobster and mint cream sauce. For dessert, banana chocolate millefeuille with cocoa sorbet is enticing. The restaurant is also famed for its extensive artisanal cheese selection and wine list.
