Uniqlo top

I bought this while I was in France when I was looking for a casual summer look.

Uniqlo trousers

I've been wearing these for five years and I'll do so until they break. When I find clothes I like I buy several — I have these in blue and khaki.

Aigle suede brogues

These have been with me everywhere. I've also had them for five years.

Notebook from Bibo

I just got this notebook for the opening of Bibo, I use it to write my recipes. It's experienced two bars, so it's had quite an adventure.

The Continental

My goal is to give the space an identity by recreating the atmosphere that you used to find in Paris in the late 1800s, early 1900s.
