Le French May 2014
Much like the local French population, the festival has grown in leaps and bounds. And once again Francophiles have much to look forward to this year with a programme spanning everything from visual arts to music, dance, cinema and food. French opera singer Philippe Jaroussky (pictured) opens proceedings on May 2 with a concert titled Handel vs Porpora backed by the Venice Baroque Orchestra.
