Simon Birch has an insatiable appetite to create. Infamous for his beautifully anxious oil paintings, his last decade in Hong Kong has been invested in experimenting with a multitude of mediums and globally exhibiting his creations

Writing on the chalkboard
I spend a lot of money on non-profit projects. I'm working on a 50,000 sq ft space in New York that was supposed to happen in Hong Kong

Behind the pose
These model shots are for a project inspired by Caravaggio's Judith Beheading Holofernes

Wooden frames
These are made by a guy in Central and I do all the stretching myself. Different canvases for different paintings

Maharishi pants
An amazing multicultural brand, high quality design and build. Plus they all fit me. I'm 1.9 metres tall so it's real hard to get pants long enough

Drop Dead T-shirt
Drop Dead is my favourite brand from England. The words they use on their shirts like, "Dead" are so glamorous
