For that price, you get dishes of the chef's signature appetiser platter; braised 33-heads whole Yoshihama abalone with black moss in abalone sauce; wok-fried flounder fillet with snow fungus and deep-fried ankimo (monkfish liver) with flounder fillet in matsutake sauce; rice paper roll with wagyu and foie gras; and steamed fried rice with chestnuts, matsutake and pine nuts.
