the large terrace is the draw, although we sat inside because it was a hot day. Unfortunately, it wasn't much cooler inside because the terrace door was open, making the air conditioning ineffective. The heat and fumes from the open kitchen didn't help.

Battered fish in corn and egg sauce was good, too: the crisp fish wasn't oily, and the creamy sauce neither too heavy (from cornstarch), nor too sweet.

the server, an Australian Chinese by the sound of his accent, was friendly.
