Restaurant review: organic dishes at Sohofama fail to impress
Much of the food was disappointing, with either too much seasoning or not enough. Drunken free-range chicken (HK$128) was downright unpleasant — there was far too much alcohol, and it wasn't balanced with any sweetness.

stylish, although the tables are too close together.
the xiao long bao with organic US pork (HK$68 for four) had resilient skin (slightly too thick) that held a good amount of soup and soft meat. Our favourite dish was the local caught mud crab with sticky fried rice (HK$398). For the price, the crab was rather small, but it was fresh, sweet and meaty, and the rice underneath had absorbed the seafood flavours. Tea-smoked duck with house-made pickles and steamed buns (HK$238) was subtly smoked, but the flavour of the meat was good. The soft steamed buns served with the duck were ridiculously small if you wanted to use them as a wrapper for the meat, and the pickles came as six minuscule sticks. Stir-fried organic US pork belly with chilli (HK$138) was balanced, but why are they so stingy with the hand-made wrappers? We liked them, but only six were served, which wasn't enough for the filling.
