After the blistering heat of summer, autumn is always a welcome arrival. So too are the season's bold make-up collections and innovative skincare launches.

La Prairie's Skin Caviar Liquid Lift marks 25 years of the brand's signature "caviar" skincare with an enhanced serum formula designed to firm, protect and hydrate the skin.

New eye treatment Génefique Yeux builds on Lancôme's extensive anti-ageing research with brightening ingredients and a hi-tech, pearl-shaped applicator.

Yves Saint Laurent's Le Teint Touche Éclat elevates the legendary highlighter to a gel-type foundation, and comes in 22 shades said to correspond to 7,000 skin tones.

On the new and noteworthy front, NARS Skin make-up enhancing skincare includes an Optimal Brightening Concentrate, its star product, with vitamin C and a Double Refining Exfoliator with citrus fruit acids and "botanical exfoliating spheres".

This season also sees the launch of natural beauty and health store 10/10 Hope inside the new Eslite Bookstore at Hysan Place. Featured brands include Neal's Yard, known for its award-winning Frankincense Hydrating Cream.

Chantecaille's new colour collection features a soft apricot cheek shade with an embossed baby elephant to raise funds and awareness for the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.
