Model Cara Grogan reveals her newfound love for skincare and make-up

Growing up in Australia with a mother who was "a bit of a hippie", Cara Grogan didn't give much, if any, thought to a beauty regimen.

"Before I started modelling - and I started pretty late, at 17 - I didn't own a single make-up product. I didn't even put cream on my face," she says. "No one taught me, so I never really thought about it."

It wasn't long before the Hong Kong-based model, TV personality and co-founder of The Genie Concept juice cleanse company was being sent skincare and make-up from all the top brands, and discovered the wonders of cosmetics.

"Then it just becomes a downward spiral," she says, laughing. "You want everything."

The natural beauty - whose secrets include drinking plenty of water, getting enough rest, and eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables - shares a few of her favourite products. Tama Lung

"I'm so lucky that I'm always being sent amazing products to try. So I'm constantly changing but I have a few I keep going back to, like the SK-II Facial Treatment Essence. I try to use it regularly."
