Unfair to a fine old restaurant

I HAVE read with great distaste the unfair criticising in Margaret Sheridan's article on one of Hong Kong greatest restaurants if not in the world (Review, December 3).

I have been a regular at 'Gaddi's' for over 28 years.

I can honestly say I have never had a bad meal.

How can someone come to such a restaurant and make such a unfair judgment when there is no finer place.
