A traditional Cantonese-style teahouse with modern characteristics, Man Ho offers everything from dim sum to fine dining in an atmosphere suitable for business gatherings. Homemade specialities include noodles pulled by hand. Featured dishes include BBQ Kurobuta pork loin (pictured), a uniquely marbled cut of meat that is succulent and tender. Marinated in a secret sauce, it is barbecued and served on a piece of hot marble. A special honey glaze is poured over it at the table. Baked cod fillet is marinated in a home-made bean paste and seared and baked to perfection. The pan-fried turbot with crispy bones in black bean sauce is also recommended, as are the fried king prawns with wasabi mayonnaise. The restaurant features the largest selection of mao tai and other Chinese alcoholic drinks in the city. A new wine list offers 150 vintages.
