The Lobby Lounge at the Conrad Hong Kong now offers its weekend roast lunch buffet at weekends and on public holidays.
There's a range of mains including oven-roasted wagyu prime rib, slow-roasted kurobuta pork, coffee-flavoured Australian rack of lamb, twice-cooked suckling pig and oven roast royal pigeon.
In addition to the carving station, there is an extensive salad bar with numerous greens, toppings and dressings, and cooked dishes such as vegetable mousaka, Lyonnaise potatoes and scalloped potatoes.
Appetisers include freshly shucked oysters, Scottish smoked salmon, shrimp cocktail and Iberico pork, while there are numerous desserts to sample, such as ice cream, quark strudel, tarte tartin and freshly made crêpes suzette.
The buffet costs HK$380 per person and is available on weekends and public holidays from 12.30pm to 2.30pm.
