ITALIAN TREAT

The traditional Italian eatery Osteria at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile in Tsim Sha Tsui offers regional specialities from across Italy. Chef Paolo Federici, who hails from Gavardo in the north of the country, remains true to his Italian heritage, offering home-style dishes such as home-made sausage burrata; lobster salad with black olives, tomato and fennel sauce; and spaghetti Mancini with seafood in tomato sauce. His desserts are also deliciously traditional, including tiramisu (HK$88) and an Italian Domori chocolate dessert of a warm chocolate cupcake with raspberry sorbet (HK$88).
