Ruth's Chris restaurants in Hong Kong are located in prime locations, Admiralty and Tsim Sha Tsui, which is ideal for get-togethers. We started with the shrimp cocktail and mushroom with crabmeat. The crabmeat dish was soft and enough for two people. For the main course, we ordered rib-eye and lamb chops. Ruth's Chris steaks are different from those served at other steak houses in that they add butter. The meat was tender, custom-aged USDA prime, while the generously sized lamb chops were soft and juicy, unlike in other restaurants where most of the meat is stripped from the bone. The side dishes of creamed spinach and sautéed mushrooms went well with the meat dishes - the spinach was the perfect consistency, while the mushrooms were crunchy. For dessert, the crème brûlée was thick and creamy, with the hard topping enhancing the flavour.

The serving plates were too small, and the wait staff needs to be more attentive to diners' needs.

A good collection of wines ranging from Old World to New World, along with beer and cocktails.
