TURN-ONS

The new Justbecause brunch is about sharing, from the Colossal cocktails to the starters and mains. Italian appetizers of cold cuts (add HK$48 for burrata) and Japanese sushi and sashimi platter is on the buffet. Shared mains include grilled fresh king prawns with roasted bell peppers and grilled lamb with baby potatoes and vegetables. The Japanese mains included fried salmon doused with truffle tartare and grilled yakitori wagyu beef tsukune skewer with pan-fried foie gras teriyaki. To end, there is a sumptuous dessert platter that includes tiramisu and lemon sorbet.
