COST

Saturday brunch is relaxing and leisurely.. Each dish on the menu has its own price, the average cost without drinks is about HK$550 for a main and dessert. For Krug Champagne, add HK$4,800 a bottle.

TURN-ONS

The brunch menu has a special selection of eggs and truffle dishes alongside the usual brunch menu, as it is white truffle season now. However, we went for recommended signatures such as the dosa with butter chicken and potatoes - there is a choice of filling for the dosa, after which we tried the green soup, which was a deliciously refreshing blend of broccolini, asparagus and watercress. A must-try is the minced chicken, chilli and basil topped with an egg sunny side up on rice. The runny yolk mixed with the rice and meat was divine, the perfect brunch item. For dessert, we went for the restaurant’s famous crunch cake, which is a soft vanilla chiffon sponge topped with honeycomb and cream.

TURN-OFFS

The brunch menu is only available on Saturdays as the restaurant is closed on Sundays.

DRINKS

Although there is no free-flow, a bottle of Champagne for two is ample, and there is a bar for ordering drinks.
