The Walrus
Crafted for 30 or so people, the $4,600, 130-oyster package from The Walrus might just be the best oyster deal in town. It includes 60 drinks and 8 bottles of wine, so you’re sure to get a taste for the sea while you’re out there exploring it. The only catch—you’d better know how to shuck an oyster... Delivery $50.

22 Ships
Providing both hot and cold menus according to your junk’s kitchen capabilities, 22 Ships’ menus are either $350 or $450 per person (minimum order $10,000), boasting Iberico pork and 28-day aged Australian ribeye for the carnivorous, or delicious and light salads for our vegetarians. Chicken on the Run
Depending on where you leave, Chicken on the Run will prepare your food in either their Mid-Levels or Repulse Bay location for optimal freshness. High quality chicken, bread and hummus will set you back $2,590 (feeds 20). Delivery $150. 2537-8285, chickenontherun.com

M Cuisine
Spearheaded by Mediterranean-inspired chef and owner Michael Erlick, M Cuisine adds a touch of class to your debaucherous junk trip. A seasonally changing menu with oysters, caviar and more, will lift your junk trip beyond the typical. Menus are fully customizable, with a general estimate of $700 a head for a party of 12. Delicious
Caterers Delicious also offers junks to charter: its three cruisers take up to 45 people, or individual buffet packages start at $200 per head.
