These highlighters from Bobbi Brown, Benefit, Hourglass and Guerlain will make him stand up and take notice

Glam up for your romantic date with these highlighters. Whether you are new to strobing, want to glow from within or shine on camera, there’s something for you.

Bobbi Brown’s Cheek Glow Palette.

This Valentine’s Day, blush like you are on a first date with Bobbi Brown’s Cheek Glow Palette (HK$430), which contains a matte blush and a slightly shimmering cream illuminator. The compact can be used on the go for touch-ups but it’s likely you won’t need to as the cream formula is designed to be long-lasting.

Watt’s Up by Benefit.

Benefit’s Watt’s Up! (HK$300) is an easy-to-blend cream highlighter in a champagne hue that compliments all skin tones. Simply glide it on cheekbones and blend the edges with the integral sponge to create a sheen that can be captured even on camera.

The Ambient Lighting Palette by Hourglass.

Each of the three shades in Hourglass’ Ambient Lighting Palette (HK$700) capture light differently. On the left is a face powder that conceals blemishes while creating a natural radiance. The slightly darker shade on the right can be used as a bronzer. The one in the centre gives a luminous finish and can be applied on the bridge of the nose, brow bones or Cupid’s bow.

Guerlain’s Happy Glow Pearls.
Guerlain’s Météorites Happy Glow Pearls (HK$625) come in shades of pink, beige, lavender and pearly white with fine particles of glitter and together create a single face powder. The pearls come with a cute but not so functional puff. Oh, and be careful not to spill the pearls – like we did.
