Shout-out to all Hong Kong pizza lovers: we need your help to find the city’s best
Point us in the right direction as we embark on a mission to find Hong Kong’s best margherita, the classic Neapolitan pizza made with tomatoes, mozzarella, (hopefully) fresh basil, salt and extra-virgin olive oil
Ahhhh pizza, that much-loved Italian staple that has amassed millions of fans around the world, Hong Kong included.
The city has loads of places dishing up the delight, so we have recruited a couple of Italian foodies to help us find Hong Kong’s best pizza (to be consistent we will be tucking into a margherita, the archetype of Neapolitan pizza, at every stop.)
Fellow pizza lovers, this is where we need your help. Please share your favourite Hong Kong pizza joint here and help us narrow down the list of restaurants to nine – sit-down venues only. Molte grazie
