The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong is bringing in star chef Mads Refslund from June 13 to 16, and given that it's the Ritz, they're celebrating this occasion in style. The co-founder of Denmark's Noma restaurant will have a busy few days, participating in the hotel's second annual Asia-Pacific Food and Wine Festival with seven other top chefs from around the world.

The highlight of the event is undoubtedly the finale dinner, offered only to one lucky table of 10 at the Ritz-Carlton Suite on June 16. This indulgent meal consists of 11 gourmet courses paired with Romanee Conti wines, priced at a mere HK$248,000 for the table.
