Hong Kong bar creates a Jax Coco cocktail

With Elton John as the brand co-owner and Liz Hurley, Stella McCartney and Sophie Ellis-Bexter as die-hard fans, we didn't think Jax Coco needed any more publicity, but with the mercury steadily rising, we figured a fresh, low-calorie drink is just what the doctor ordered. Co-founder Jane Gottschalk wanted the 100 per cent pure coconut water from the Philippines to "transcend into all aspects of daily life" so it can be as healthy or indulgent as you like.

Honi Honi Tiki Lounge has already snapped up the stuff, creating a Doctor Jax cocktail for thirsty bar-hoppers, while Socialito, Le Gouter Bernardaud and The Peninsula Hong Kong offer it in its healthy, virginal form. Bottoms up.
