Two Michelin-star chef Paco Roncero, the mastermind behind VIEW 62 and who is famous for his innovative Spanish nouvelle cuisine, has launched a catering menu priced from HK$1,300 to HK$1,800 per person.

Think spherical olives, scallop skewers with caper vinaigrette, nitro pistachio chocolate and melon caviar. The catering staff will be on hand to demonstrate show cooking at the event. For a special occasion, the culinary team can design a highly personalised menu as well.
