Taste for jewels

The Ritz-Carlton is known for its view of the Hong Kong skyline and its afternoon teas, but this month the hotel has upped its game to dazzle our taste buds. Inspired by Damiani's jewels, chefs have replicated the jewellery collection's rubies, sapphires and emeralds with their pastries.

The charming tea set is available for the month, from 3-6pm, at HK$388 for one or HK$618 for two. Or spend a night at the hotel for HK$4,988 per room, which includes a complimentary Damiani afternoon tea set for two.
