Hermès

If you are already impressed by the long waiting list of a Hermes Birkin, imagine the long queue for one featuring diamond-studded hardware. The Fuchsia Porosus Crocodile Diamond Birkin 35 just set the world’s most expensive handbag record for HK$1.72m at Hong Kong’s Christie’s auction last month.

Louis Vuitton

The Yayoi Kusama Pumpkin Minaudiere Jewel Bag is a collaboration piece between the Japanese artist and the French brand. Made from pure gold, resin gems and metal, the handcrafted pumpkin-shape purse highlights the exquisite and delicate craftsmanship. Only five pieces were ever made. With a hefty price tag of US$132,316, the bags were sold out instantly.

Chanel

The classic flap bag gets a high jewellery treatment in this Chanel Diamond Forever edition. Chanel’s signature CC logo turn-lock is made of 334 diamonds – a total of 3.56 ct. It also comes with a detachable shoulder chain rendered in white gold. Yours for about US$261,000.

Fendi

It won’t hurt to take a leaf of inspiration from fashion icon Anna Dello Russo’s style look book. Russo was tapped by Fendi to reinterpret the Italian luxury maison’s signature peekaboo bag. The piece was sold at an online auction to support an art fund for Tokyo University of The Arts.

Moynat

Your beautiful high jewellery pieces deserve a home that boasts the same level of prestige and exclusivity. Moynat’s one-and-only jewellery case for Chaumet caters to your needs. Artisans spent 500 hours working on the curved trunk.
