Panerai is taking people on a journey to revisit iconic moments for the brand. The “History and Legend” exhibition opened in Singapore’s ION Orchard earlier this week (26 August) and is open to the public until September 6.

At the exhibition, one can discover the master Panerai collection. Rare and vintage timepieces will be on show, including two models with the engraving “Marina Militare” on the dial. These watches demonstrate the Radiomir’s evolution towards the Luminor.

The brand is also exhibiting its new collections first launched at this year’s Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie.

Watches aside, the brand has installed a full-size model of the Italian navy human torpedo known as Siluro a Lenta Corsa (S.L.C). Originating in 1938, the first S.L.C was created to carry brave commandos in underwater missions. These commandos would wear Panerai watches with their diving suits.
