Seven Chinese Victoria’s Secret Angels you need to know

Tonight’s Victoria’s Secret show in Shanghai features a record number of Chinese Angels
The first Victoria’s Secret Fashion show in China opens tonight. While tickets to the extravaganza are not officially on sale, admission is fetching up to $350,000 yuan (HK$412,310) online. Taking place in Shanghai, the show features seven Chinese models among the 55-strong stellar line-up – the highest number of Chinese models in a Victoria’s Secret event to date.
British heartthrob Harry Styles is flying in to perform at the show, which will be broadcast on November 29.

Ahead of tonight’s show, we take a look at the Chinese models – some are familiar faces while others are newcomers. They are set to walk one of the most viewed runway shows on earth – the show has over 800 million viewers annually.

Ranked as one of the world’s highest-paid models by Forbes magazine, the 29-year-old supermodel was the first Asian model to walk the Victoria’s Secret runway in 2009. She also ranked among the top three in the Top 50 Models List by Models.com in 2013.
The regular VS Angel will join a group of international supermodels, such as Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosi, on the runway tonight. In addition, Lais Ribeiro will be wearing a US$2 million fantasy bra.
